# Warehouses

A warehouse is a physical location where inventory is stored. It contains information about the warehouse, such as its name and (if applicable) code.

Within a warehouse can exist many locations. A location is a specific area where inventory is stored (e.g. a shelf, a bin, a pallet, etc...). Use the `GET /get-warehouse-locations` endpoint to get a list of locations within a warehouse.
